I have long blonde hair already and I just need to know what products to use and detailed step by step instructions on how to get that look. (tips on blowdrying, etc.)

Keep in mind that, no matter what you do, Ashley Tisdale has had professionals do her hair.

Now:

1) Use volumizing shampoo and conditioner. Let dry.

2) Spritz hair with some type of spray that will hold curls.

3) Use a 2-inch barrel to curl hair in sections.

4) Pull curls apart a little (not too much, just to make them look messy like Ashley is doing!)
