Any good ideas on hair style for a dance?

Im going to a 8th grade dance. SO far ive got my dress. its a halter top ankle length dress.its white with pink flowers. its really pretty.

SO now im have trouble deciding what i want to do with my hair. I have hair a few inches longer than shoulder length hair. its layered, and is strawberry blonde. highlighted copper and sandy blonde.

what would look good for my hair?

oh and i straightn my hair. so its straight.

i would do a half updo maybe take the top layer of your hair and pin it up so it has some little pieces sticking up behind your head or maybe just do a bun and wear some nice clips or things
