Hair straightener and question about hair style?

Many are straightening thier hair after blow drying and it is a nice polished look. I have a straighter that was used before but It doesnt straighten my hair properly. I hear the really good ones are 100 dollars are more. Can you reccomend a good straightenig iron for a reasonable price and how does one become good at straightening hair?

Do you have to always blow dry your hair out to straighten it or can you comb it out and then straighten when dry?

Also I got a hair cut and I have a round face the person who cut my hair cut it very short and when I let it dry it looks curly choppy and messy. The salon person blew it out and straightned it and it looked good. My question is what is a good way to grow out hair to a bob length or just above the shoulders because when hair grows from short to long it goes through that awful in between stage any suggestions?

Basically after your hair is dry you can straighten it.

I dry mine first just to make it a little faster.

I would either recommend a Hair Art or Chi.

Chi's tend to short out alot but they work really well.

I just ordered a HairArt from Amazon.com and it was $100.00 even and it works fantastic! It has these liquidized crystals within the ceramic plates called tourmaline, it makes your hair soooo shiny and sleek. It keeps your hair straight for longer too.

I would just suggest trimming it every now and then when you are growing it so it doesnt look too awful. Straighten is during that time period so it will look good and polished.

you can get pretty good straighteners at walmart for cheap.

I've had the wet to straight straightener

you don't even have to blow dry

but it takes a long time if your hair is actually really wet.

it works pretty good overall though

wet to dry straightener 25-30$ and use mousse on hair the purple kangaroo stuff haha sorry forgot what its called lol it makes your hair super super shiny w/ out getting greasy %26amp; stays like that for days!
