how do u long hair girls wash ur hair and sleep with it. is it hard to style please give me advice because i want my hair to go down to my butt

I have fairly normal hair (as opposed to oily or dry), so I don't HAVE to wash it everyday, and usually stick to every other day unless I have somewhere to be. I've had long hair basically all my life, and I've never really had a problem sleeping with it; I braid it back off my neck in the summer, and in winter I leave it down and toss it back out of the way before I lay down (I don't toss and turn much). Yes, it is a pain to style, and I usually need an extra pair of hands if I want to do something elaborate, so I mostly stick to putting in one braid for an accent, with a ribbon woven in for some contrast.

My entire life all I remember from my childhood is the comments I'd get about my hair....It was to my butt and a beautiful red colour.

Unfortunatly I got angry with my parents and cut it off...I'm growing it back now though!

My mom would always put my hair is french braids. I loved them.

As for taking care of it, I just washed it and used good shampoo and conditioner, and I always let it air dry.

trimming off the split ends once a month is also needed!
