Ok, first you will take the top layer of your hair from the top and tease it, hairspray it and tease it some more...leave the bottom of your hair untouched. Then you want to take the teased part and pull it back in a barette leaving it loose, then gently combing over top it too smooth it out without taking the teasing effect away. But the key is a lot of teasing and hairspray!!!
